Safaricom has therefore established an Ethics Hotline. The service is independently provided and managed by Deloitte South Africa and provides employees and business partners with an avenue to report irregularities that they become aware of. Safaricom supports the disclosure of information on irregularities that may prejudice the company, its management, employees, service providers, dealers, agents, shareholders and business interests in any manner whatsoever.
